Our rental rates include:

• Personalised meet and greet, check-in/check-out inspections
• Supply and cleaning of household linen
• Regular cleaning service 3 hours per week, for the maintenance and cleaning of the villa (with the possibility of additional interventions upon request)
• A la carte concierge service to help organise your leisure activities and any other requests www.home-conciergerie.fr
• Water, electricity, gas, Internet, TV, garden and pool maintenance, etc.
• Private use of the swimming pool (heated to 27/28 C from 1 April until 31 October)

Services not included : 
 

• All services ordered from the concierge www.home-conciergerie.fr
• End of stay cleaning 8h maximum
• Requests for additional interventions to clean during your stay

To confirm your reservation, you must return the signed rental contract as well as 50% pre-payment of the total rental cost upon booking. The balance must be paid by bank transfer 30 days before your date of arrival. A damage/cleanliness deposit of €EUR 3,000 must be paid by bank transfer prior check in. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of the end of your stay. Check in from 5 pm and check out by 10 am.
